All's Well

Conner's surgery went well. He spent Friday sleeping off the drugs. A little Motrin on Saturday and we are back in busuness.

He nows screams at the mere sight of anyone in scrubs. The children's surgery center at Beaumont Hospital is great.

For all of those warm weather people...........Snow on Easter Sunday sucks! Easter egg hunts in snow pants are not cute. Snow boots do not compliment pastel frilly dresses.

Somehow we always make it through. The chocolate helps.

Forever and A Day

That's how long it's been. Life goes on. I never seem to catch up on anything. This week seems worse. Parent teacher conferences. It's not easy telling people that you have major concerns for their child and you think they need educational services that a "regular" classroom may not be able to provide. Makes dishes and the laundry seem insignificant.

Conner is having his adenoids removed and tubes in his ears on Friday. A few extra prayers and good thoughts readily accepted.

We are on break next week. I am looking forward to some down time.
